Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektplanung von Gebäudetechnik, vorzugsweise im Industriebau.
• Kenntnisse in CAD-Anwendungen und 3D/BIM-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Planung von Klimaanlagen, Lüftung, Heizung und Sanitärtechnik.
• Technische Koordination und Qualitätssicherung der Planung durch externe TGA-Planer.

Your responsibilities

1. Field-specific planning responsibility with a focus on air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration technology, system-related fire protection, sanitary technology
2. Preparing planning services (service phases HOAI 1 to 9)
3. Technical coordination and quality assurance of the specialised planning of executing companies or external TGA planners
4. Coordination and negotiations with internal and external project participants
5. Participation in scheduling, planning, control and testing
6. Monitoring the quality of execution and acceptance of services
7. Technical support in awarding contracts, accounting and supplementary management
8. Contract correspondence and technical documentation

Your profile

1. University degree in supply engineering / TGA or comparable qualification (e.g. in heating engineering, air conditioning technology, sanitary engineering)
2. Several years of professional experience in the project planning of building services systems, preferably in industrial construction as well as in the management and handling of building services projects
3. Knowledge of CAD applications, preferably with 3D / BIM experience and specialised design software
4. Practice-orientated approach and ability to keep an eye on the essentials, ability to work in a team and engagement
5. Fluency in German and English
6. Willingness to take business trips
