Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our luxury boutique in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong background in clienteling, CRM activities, and luxury retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing client books and CRM tools to drive repeat business.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
