Ready to kickstart your career in Sports Retail with enthusiasm and energy? Decathlon Switzerland is looking for an ambitious Store Leaders in training in the Bern region (and potentially wider German-speaking Switzerland in the future) to join our dynamic team!

In an intensive onboarding and training phase, you'll learn everything about our company, processes, tools, and the exciting world of retail. Following this period, you'll have the opportunity to lead a new store or take over an existing one within the Basel region.
