2. Staff Supervision & Management: Schedule, train, and manage store employees. Monitor performance and ensure team productivity.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage reorder levels.
4. Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly; maintain high service standards.
5. Sales & Revenue Tracking: Monitor daily sales, implement strategies, and drive team to meet targets.
6. Cash Handling & Billing Oversight: Ensure accurate billing, secure cash management, and reconcile transactions.
7. Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed according to brand guidelines.
8. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales, inventory, and staff reports; maintain compliance records.
9. Store Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
10. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for stock and supplies.
