What are we expecting from you?

The Store Environment Manager (m/f/d) is a part of the German Retail team. Under the supervision of the Retail Director, (s)he is in charge of opening, expanding, renovating or relocating our boutiques in the market. He / She coordinates closely with boutiques and other retail teams to ensure seamless delivery while minimizing disruption for the Boutiques. He / She ensures that all the boutique in his / her network are well maintained and animated (VM) in line with our Maison’s standard regarding boutique image. He / She deploys, ensures adoption, and monitors results of visual merchandising guidelines and initiatives developed by International teams, in collaboration with the Europe platform.

In this function you will:

  • Be responsible for our Boutique Store Planning (opening, renovation, relocation) in close collaboration with the SDP team
  • Support on Boutique opening coordination
  • Handle Boutique Maintenance in the most efficient way and with a particular attention to timings & budgets
  • Implement and ensure Visual Merchandising operations, as a true Visual Merchandising ambassador
