Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Associate (m/w/d) to keep our store inventory organized and operations running smoothly. You will handle shipments, stock the floor, and support daily retail tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/stockroom roles, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to store operations.

• Receive, inspect and organize new shipments, label/tag and stock items.
• Maintain consistent operational standards on sales floor and backroom through coaching.
• Manage an organized stockroom for easy access to products.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accuracy.
• Support store team in achieving sales and service targets.
• Learn and assist in multiple departments within the store.
• Support daily retail operations including POS, replenishment, pricing, markdowns and loyalty programs, while keeping areas clean.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls.

Overview

As a Stockroom Associate (m/w/d) you will play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly by managing inventory, organizing stock, and supporting the overall operations of the store. This role offers opportunities for growth alongside our exceptional teammates and industry partners.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect and organize new shipments that arrive throughout the week, helping to ensure all items are properly labeled, tagged and stocked in designated areas.
• Maintain consistent operational standards, both on the sales floor and in the backroom through coaching training and accountability.
• Manage an organized and tidy stockroom, ensuring easy access to products for the sales floor. Arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies.
• Support the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and other targets
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages the sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as POS system management , stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintenance of cleanliness and recovery standards
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 2 – 3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; candidates with previous store leadership roles are preferred
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential
• A genuine excitement for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for all consumers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with consumers and team members alike.
• A proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
