Job Description:

As a Store Manager at Action, you will play a key role in the success of your store, working alongside the store management team. Your responsibilities include managing the ordering process, ensuring presentation standards, daily cash register closing, and sales management of our weekly changing assortment. You will develop the team both professionally and personally, participate in staff scheduling and recruitment, and serve as a customer contact for product inquiries. Together with the team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Candidate Profile:
  • Completed vocational training and preferably several years of experience in a similar retail position
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Positive, open personality capable of supporting the store management in leading and motivating a team of about 20 employees
  • Composure in stressful situations
  • Sense of order, cleanliness, full shelves, and friendly customer interactions
  • Availability for 32-40 hours weekly, 5 days a week, including weekends and evenings
  • Willingness to undergo an eight-week training in one of our trainer stores in Germany
