The Global Sales Operations department is responsible for providing tools, technology, and training to our sales teams globally to help them achieve the ambitions of our customers. Within the team, we deploy automation and digitalization of our sales and service processes across entities and cross-functional departments. By implementing additional digital tools, we enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of both the front and back office.
As a key contributor to this transformative journey, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and country organizations to gather requirements and implement sales excellence initiatives. Additionally, you will:
Manage small projects, identify areas for improvement, and develop feasible solutions
Work closely on setting up data insights using analytical tools such as Power BI by identifying KPIs to track market growth and success, thereby supporting data-driven decision-making
Align with country organizations to capture demands and requirements for new data demands
Create training and communication material for CRM implementation process and sales trainings
Willigness to pursue a job-integrated master’s degree
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields of study with focus on Sales and Marketing
First work experience in Sales Excellence, Marketing or Sales as part of internship or working student position
Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is beneficial
Profound analytical skills and ability to interpret data and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
Proficiency in Microsofte Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
