Job Description:

Your Role

The Junior Marketing Data Analyst supports the continuous improvement of the digital customer experience that ZEISS Research and Microscopy Solutions (RMS) creates for our customers. As part of the Digital Customer Interface Team, you will analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions to identify potential opportunities for improving customer journeys. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on insights and test solutions.

You will be part of the Digital Customer Interface team, working to enhance the digital experience of our customers and create a personalized, seamless user experience.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, and IT teams to generate insights and enhance customer experience.

You will understand platform integration and automation of marketing processes.

You will actively participate in strategic projects, such as implementing and rolling out our Customer Data Platform.

You will assist in planning and executing marketing automation solutions to increase conversion rates along the marketing and sales funnel.

You will play an active role in selecting, implementing, and optimizing the latest marketing technologies to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.

Your Profile

A bachelor’s degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field is highly regarded. Alternatively, proven experience in Data & Analytics (0-2 years) is necessary.

You are enthusiastic about data analysis and eager to learn to help guide marketing strategies and decisions.

Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and the ability to learn quickly are necessary; experience in Python is a plus.

You possess strong communication and presentation skills and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.

You have some project management experience and motivation to independently push projects forward.

You can work effectively and disciplined in an international environment.

You have fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
