Your Role

The focus of your role as (Junior) Project Management Officer (PMO) & Business transformation analyst CRM is to support the dedicated PMO team working on business transformation projects. The position includes job-integrated master studies. This role focuses on the NextGenCRM project, which is about implementing a new CRM platform for our B2B business units and sales and service companies around the world. This initiative is part of the larger ZEISS Key Group Program ‘Shaping Customer Excellence’ which enables the implementation of an important part of the ZEISS corporate strategy.

Your Main Tasks

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve E2E Sales & Services processes through process mining, analytics & automation

• Provide business process and data analysis, help to diagnose the current state of the Sales & Services business and identify process inefficiencies and compliance gaps

• Implement end-to-end process analysis and dashboards with process mining tools like Celonis in close collaboration with business and IT experts

• Take over tasks & responsibilities within the scope of the NextGenCRM PMO team which include activities from project initialization and planning, project implementation, project monitoring & controlling through to project completion

• If necessary, consult & support the responsible Roll-In project managers regarding the coordination, control and monitoring of the projects and project members (project performance, budget, deadlines, risks, etc.).

• Act as work package owner or project manager for smaller sub-projects within the larger NextGenCRM project setup

• Help identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and enhance efficiency, agility and project success rates

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study

• Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master’s degree (M.Sc. International Management)

• Project management skills

• Agile mindset

• Very good MS 365 skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)

• Ability to develop concepts, structure them and document them in an easy to understand format

• Strong communication skills, organizational strength, integrity and a strong team player

• Ability to think analytically and grasp new and complex topics quickly as well as a hands-on mentality, solution-oriented and pragmatical mindset

• Ability to build networks and enjoy working in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams

• Business fluent in English and preferably German language skills
