Job Title: Statutory & FiscalAccountant DACH

Location: DE

The impact you’ll make:

• Prepare and own annual financial statements, including balance sheet notes, management reporting, and GAAP conversions between IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Manage and optimize corporate tax activities across Germany and Switzerland, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely execution and follow‑up on findings
• Act as a key contact for tax authorities, internal stakeholders, external service providers, and Shared Service Centers
• Ensure efficient and compliant accounting processes in close collaboration with the accounting service provider
• Oversee operational finance activities such as statistical reporting, banking, cash pooling, and payment processes
• Support payroll‑related topics in close collaboration with HR and external providers
• Support the DACH Finance Lead on ad hoc finance topics, projects, and process improvements

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax, with strong knowledge of German accounting requirements and statutory reporting
• Solid experience with key tax topics such as corporate income tax, VAT, and provisions
• Good understanding of IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail‑oriented working style
• Proactive and hands‑on, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Swiss accounting or tax regulations is a plus
