Main responsibilities:

As a Statistical Project Leader in Biostatistics, you will:

• Lead one or more indications/projects in Oncology Development at Sanofi, under minimal supervision.
• Provide statistical support and scientific leadership for responsible projects, including clinical development plans, studies, and submissions, ensuring quality, relevance, and scientific validity.
• Mentor team members, promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation, and ensure compliance with SOPs and standards.
• Plan and track project activities, timelines, and resources, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure productive collaboration within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Represent statistics in cross-functional working groups and contribute to process optimization and standards.

About you:

• PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline with extensive hands-on experience in pharmaceutical clinical studies (5-8 studies or 6+ years).
• Broad knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques; proficient in SAS or R.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
