The Station Manager is responsible for the leadership of the office, managing operational activities and ensuring seamless coordination between all areas of the corporation. This role requires a focus on achieving operational income-goals, optimizing operational quality, maintenance of the facility and fostering a motivated and high-performing team. You will have responsibility for the local operations, and people management adhering to local and corporate guidelines. **Responsibilities:*** **Leadership & Team Development:** Schedule and conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching to foster a high-performance culture.
