We offer an exciting and dynamic work place that rewards self initiatives and thinking outside the box.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Engage in effective personal communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers* Maintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needs* Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations* Calculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies* React flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions* Generate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts.**Requirements:*** Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations* Fluent in German and very good English language skills* Effective oral and written communication* Ability to represent a positive and professional image* Able to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; possess exceptional time management skills and attention to detail* Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution* Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook#LI-RM1**Ce qu’Cencora offre** Nous offrons une rémunération globale concurrentielle.
