Job Description:

As a Station ACES Manager, you'll analyze current processes and collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve them. This role offers an opportunity to shape Amazon's future, as small changes can lead to significant business transformations.

This position is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 May 2026.

Key job responsibilities

• Analyze data and gather stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies in operations
• Establish frameworks to optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, cost, and other factors
• Share ideas for process improvements
• Conduct regular reviews of process optimality, providing data-driven solutions for long-term improvements
• Ensure year-on-year double-digit growth in shipped volume

A day in the life

You’ll drive major projects to standardize processes and improve operations, involving regular contact with senior management and stakeholders to define requirements and update on progress, risks, and impacts. You’ll develop communication plans to inform everyone about new processes.

As a Station ACES Manager, you’ll identify problems and inefficiencies, analyze data to find challenges, and track the effectiveness of improvements. You’ll also lead a team and manage their daily tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• A degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, mathematics, economics, physics, or a related technical field
• Relevant experience in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Highly proficient in English (spoken and written, B2/C1)

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are not required but are a plus:

• Experience in analytical tool development
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight
• German language skills at B1/B2 level are desirable
