Job opening for masters in electronics.
Employees with this profile recently delivered our designs for legacy compatible GPIO in FinFET technology, for car communication chips, and for high-speed data center interface chips. They are also involved in AI and analog IC design projects providing on-chip reliability solutions.

Currently we are mainly working on micro and nano CMOS designs (mainstream for consumer applications), BCD technology (mainly automotive applications) and FinFET & GAAFET technology (for the most advanced applications). Everything is silicon.

You will join our international team of ambitious and innovative engineers for silicon integrated device and circuits.

Your tasks, challenges and development opportunities are diverse and broad, and lie within the field of micro- and nanoelectronics. The starting point of this career is supporting the various design teams. Your first assignments will focus on training, on learning in Sofics’ state-of-the-art electrical lab, on doing analyses. In addition, depending on your interests and talents, there are opportunities to move into designing semiconductor devices and/or integrated circuits.

We offer on-the-job training under the guidance of highly experienced colleagues. In addition, some independent development is required – we have a lot of knowledge and information documented on our intranet, and there are also webinars and other external (online) training courses. Very quickly, you will be supporting real customer projects with real products.
