EUPD Research is seeking a proactive and communicative Stakeholder Engagement and Research Coordinator to build strong connections with key players in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities

• Actively engage with industry stakeholders to promote and expand research engagement and committee membership.
• Conduct outreach efforts via phone, email, and other communication channels to build strong relationships with target stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring responsive and professional communication.
• Assist in coordinating and executing research interviews, gathering critical insights to support EUPD Research’s market research projects.
• Maintain and update stakeholder databases, tracking engagement activities and progress.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for committee meetings and related activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Strategic Committee Manager and internal teams to ensure alignment with broader goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in stakeholder outreach, customer engagement, or a similar role is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with renewable energy markets or photovoltaic technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are welcome.
