SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer in Berlin to serve as a strategic technical expert partnering with sales, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients, shaping security strategy and delivering AI-powered defense with the SentinelOne Singularity Platform.

You will lead high-stakes engagements, translate complex concepts for executives, and mentor SEs while shaping roadmaps and influencing product

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales in cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, EDR/XDR, SIEM, observability, and modern security architectures.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for executives and practitioners.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-impact technical engagements, including deep-dive discussions, product demonstrations, PoVs/PoCs, and architectural reviews.
• Serve as a senior subject-matter expert across EDR/XDR, AI Security, Cloud Security, Identity Security, Observability, and SIEM.
• Partner with sales to qualify opportunities by understanding customer environments, challenges, and business drivers.
• Mentor junior and mid-level SEs to drive technical excellence across the team.
• Own and contribute to RFP/RFI processes and feedback to Product/Engineering.

• Serve as a senior subject-matter expert across EDR/XDR, AI Security, Cloud Security, Identity Security, Observability, and SIEM, translating complex concepts into meaningful business and security outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers, guiding them in designing, validating, and implementing robust, scalable security architectures, and deliver compelling executive-level presentations tailored to customer priorities
• Own and contribute to RFP/RFI processes, channel customer insights back to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap direction, and mentor junior and mid-level SEs to drive technical excellence across the wider team
