Job Description

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• Partner with product teams to understand challenges and embed into teams.
• Research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and velocity.
• Cover the entire process: designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and monitoring.
• Focus on release task automation, testing automation, including AI testing for generative AI features.
• Promote TDD, best practices, new tools, and training as enablement.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and act as a technical leader to improve engineering culture.
• Mentor and coach engineers in developer experience.
