We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Scientist to join our dynamic Research & Development team in Bremen. As a Technical Lead for new product developments, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and leading the development of new products within an existing platform.
In this position, you will contribute your scientific and technical expertise to the development of next-generation mass spectrometry technologies. The current primary focus of the role is on the development and advancement of Orbitrap-based technologies.
Your work will cover a broad range of scientific and technological challenges, including isotope analysis, ion optics, and mass analyzer technology.
As a Technical Lead within New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) projects, you will drive critical technical decisions and guide interdisciplinary teams through the development of new technologies and products, from early research and feasibility studies through system development, verification, and transfer into production.
