Our client, a leader in the engineering and maintenance sector, is seeking a Staff Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Staff Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance Department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$150,000+

What’s the Job?
  1. Strengthen the existing site RCM program with a disciplined approach to execute core fundamentals of RCM, including asset criticality assessments, FMEAs, and critical spare parts.
  2. Leverage prior experience to drive changes to the existing RCM program based on current industry benchmarks.
  3. Lead the site condition monitoring and predictive maintenance program to enhance failure detectability and improve KPIs related to planned vs. unplanned maintenance.
  4. Identify equipment downtime trends and proactively implement continuous improvement projects to increase overall equipment effectiveness.
  5. Develop processes, policies, and procedures for plant engineering, new equipment installation, and qualification utilizing RCM fundamentals.
What’s Needed?
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with at least 12 years of experience in a reliability role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  2. Proven experience implementing program-level and step-change reliability projects.
  3. Experience in highly regulated industries such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Energy, or Biopharmaceutical sectors.
  4. Professional Engineering license is a plus.
  5. Experience with CMMS software applications such as Maximo, SAP PM, etc.
