TE Connectivity recruits for an Advanced Technologies role within its Industrial Automation & Electrification unit. You will lead core technology initiatives, coordinate with focus groups and customers, and develop design concepts with external institutes.

The position requires a 10+ year track record in engineering leadership, a Master’s degree, and a strong Creo/3D CAD background. A robust publication and patent history is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years’ experience in product engineering and leading complex engineering projects.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical/Applied Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven innovation track record with multiple granted patents/intellectual property
• Broad cross-disciplinary background (mechanical and electrical); deep expertise in either switching technology (relays, contactors, switches), connector solutions or sensors
• Proficient in 3D CAD for mechanical components; strong experience with Creo

The Advanced Technologies group in TE Connectivity’s Industrial Automation & Electrification Business Unit leads innovation and external partnerships.

Salary Information

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as stipulated in the collective agreement. This is currently €4763 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances). A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience.
