Who Are We Looking For?
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of full-stack development experience, delivering scalable, maintainable, and reliable applications.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Angular or similar frameworks, with the ability to influence framework adoption and usage.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, including architecting scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Comprehensive proficiency in HTML and SCSS, ensuring adherence to best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Extensive experience with Node.js and backend architecture, building scalable, secure, and distributed systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, designing data flow solutions at scale.
  • Mastery of testing tools like Jasmine, Karma, and Cypress, promoting a test-driven development culture.
  • Excels in fast-paced, agile environments, driving high-impact projects to completion while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable code.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and collaboration, working seamlessly across teams and ensuring clear communication to achieve business and technical goals.
  • Mentors and guides junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and excellence, while promoting team development and growth.
  • Takes initiative in driving technical excellence, continuously learning and influencing others to improve their skills and deliver impactful solutions.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and architecture.
  • Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes, driving containerized infrastructure adoption and scaling strategies.
  • Proven experience with AWS or Azure, architecting and managing complex cloud solutions.
  • Advanced usage of state management tools (e.g., NgRx) for handling intricate application state.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with experience automating workflows at scale.
  • Expertise in leveraging GenAI technologies, driving their strategic adoption and implementation to align with and influence product decisions at a high level.
