As the leading provider of caregiver Spitex services in Switzerland, we're expanding rapidly into the U.S. market and looking for a Staff Engineer to join our small team in Berlin.

What you'll be working on:

• Full Ownership: Lead end-to-end software development, from design to deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Germany, Switzerland, and the US to create impactful solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Shape our technical direction and drive improvements across systems and processes.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Own infrastructure setup and ensure efficient deployment pipelines.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in the full software development lifecycle
• Proven ability to design and maintain both backend and frontend systems
• Strong experience in DevOps practices and infrastructure setup
• Prior experience with Node.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis is a strong plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience mentoring other engineers and making technical decisions
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
