Your mission

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Lead at Staff Product Management level to oversee a key digital transformation initiative: the product and technology stack transition for Elli Mobility, our new mobility venture. This role is critical to laying the groundwork for scalable, efficient, and customer-oriented digital services.

You will lead the program from planning through execution - defining the roadmap, aligning cross-functional priorities, and guiding delivery across multiple teams. Collaborating with other product leaders for both the customer-facing journey and the underlying technology stack, you will operate at a strategic level to ensure cohesive execution across all workstreams.

Your focus will be on delivering a smooth and effective transition while balancing technical feasibility, business priorities, and long-term value creation. While the initial focus will be on the Elli Mobility initiative, this role is structured to evolve, enabling you to lead additional strategic digital programs across the organization over time.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration or technical studies or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product management, with at least one year in a product leadership role, in a digital or tech-focused organization, preferably in the energy, mobility or automotive sector
• You are experienced in agile product development methodologies and building products
• You have proven skills in leading complex product and tech stack migrations or similar large-scale technology transitions
• You have the ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate technical challenges into business impacts
• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• You have an analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English

The position is assigned to grade J according to the Elli function grading.
