Zusammenfassung

Die NATO-Hauptquartierzentrale Allied Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC) Ulm sucht eine/n IT-Organisator/in bzw. Fachinformatiker/in - Systemintegration. In einer hochinternationalen Umgebung unterstützen Sie den Betrieb von VTC- und IT-Systemen in Konferenzräumen und begleiten Veranstaltungen.

Arbeitsort ist Ulm, mit umfassenden Sicherheitsanforderungen. Sie bringen technisches Verständnis im IT- und VTC-Betrieb, gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine einschlägige

Qualifikationen

• Sekundarschulbildung und abgeschlossene berufliche Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudemanagement/Fachrichtung.
• Nachweis relevanter Berufserfahrung von mindestens einem Jahr.
• Technisches Verständnis im IT- und VTC-Betrieb.
• Führerschein Klasse B (EU).
• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
• Nachweis einer aktuellen Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2 oder Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsfreigabe.
• Staatsangehörigkeit eines der 32 NATO-Mitgliedstaaten.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der JSEC HQ-Mitarbeiter beim Betrieb von VTC- und IT-Systemen in Konferenz- und VTC-Räumen (keine Administration).
• Betrieb der IT- und VTC-Systeme für Konferenzen, Workshops, Veranstaltungen, Meetings und Besuche.
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten mit VTC, Briefing-Räumen oder anderen Standorten innerhalb und außerhalb von JSEC.
• Allgemeine Büroarbeiten und Routineaufgaben für JSEC Meetings, Konferenz- und VTC-Räume.
• Allgemeine Büro- und Servicetätigkeiten.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Responsibilities

• Support JSEC HQ personnel in operating of VTC and IT Systems in Conference and VTC rooms (no administration).
• Operates the IT and VTC systems for conferences, workshops, events, meetings and visits.
• Support preparation and execution of activities which require VTC, Briefing Rooms or other locations in and outside from JSEC, such as change room layouts or arrange Conference setups.
• Routine admin and service activities for JSEC Meetings, Conference and VTC rooms including outside activities.
• General office work.

Qualifications

• Secondary education and completed vocational training in a building / facility management related area.
• Proven job-related knowledge acquired through at least one year job related experience. Technical understanding related to IT and VTC operation. Proven user knowledge.
• Familiarity with common IT Software such as MS Office.
• Driving licence equivalent to European class B.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German.
• You can provide evidence of a current Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2) security clearance, or you must be willing to participate in an extended security clearance process in accordance with the Security Clearance Act. Successful completion of the security clearance is mandatory to take up duty for the advertised position.
• Citizenship from one of the 32 NATO member countries.
