Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering automated software to rehab therapy businesses. As the accounting specialist, you will own the day-to-day accounts payable cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

You will build relationships with stakeholders and leverage NetSuite and Excel to streamline processes in a remote/hybrid setting. A Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and CPA consideration are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or 1–3 years equivalent experience, including AP/GL/reconciliations.
• Licensed CPA or studying for CPA Exam preferred with knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong technical skills in NetSuite or similar ERP; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
