Virtual Accounting Firm is seeking a Staff Accountant for a 100% remote role. You will perform full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closes.

You’ll maintain AP/AR records, prepare financial statements, and assist with payroll reconciliations while communicating with clients and solving issues. A 1+ year accounting background and experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Clear written and verbal communication.
