WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product Team, focusing on platform capabilities through architecture aligned with customer needs. You will build products that power customer data infrastructure and insights for major brands, facilitating strategic transformation centered on our customers. The ideal candidate combines business and product sense with technical architecture understanding.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  1. Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for system infrastructure.
  2. Validate and define customer opportunities through research and analysis.
  3. Collaborate with engineering to enhance backend services and infrastructure.
  4. Work with sales, customer success, and marketing to understand industry trends.
  5. Develop customer empathy and understanding.
  6. Use data to inform product decisions.
  7. Partner with engineering to build innovative technology and ship value in an agile environment.
  8. Prioritize engineering efforts to deliver customer value.
  9. Support product adoption through go-to-market strategies and enablement activities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  1. Knowledge of technical architecture and infrastructure.
  2. 5+ years as a SaaS Product Manager.
  3. Experience as an engineer.
  4. Success in martech products across industries like marketing, eCommerce, retail, etc.
  5. Ability to challenge assumptions and understand the 'why'.
  6. Experience in developing solutions, prioritizing initiatives, and documenting decisions.
  7. Experience scaling products.
  8. Ability to build relationships across teams.
  9. Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  10. Accountability and care for people, processes, and technology.
  11. BS/BA in a technology field or equivalent experience.
  12. Reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
