Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Design & Manufacturing coach to support strategic customers globally. You will deliver coaching on workflows, conduct discovery calls, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers adopt Autodesk solutions and achieve concrete business outcomes.

The role involves developing enablement content, leading live 1:many sessions, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to drive adoption across large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Design and Manufacturing industry needs and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Vault or Fusion Manage in a production environment.
• 5–6 years Design & Manufacturing or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
• Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
• Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards.
• Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
