What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full lifecycle Senior Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role will primarily focus on hiring in the DACH region.

• Utilize data and market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet's requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide managers and candidates through interview phases, ensuring a robust assessment process and an engaging candidate experience.
• Manage offers and negotiations effectively to find successful outcomes for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to grow the future talent pipeline.
• Support diversity initiatives by engaging in targeted sourcing and promoting diversity throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Travel Expectations

• Remote position with 15% travel to Eschbach office.
