Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating Azure and AWS public clouds.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration and networking.

• Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as HaloITSM or ServiceNow for managing incidents, service requests, changes, and the CMDB.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device provisioning, configuration, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access policies, access governance, entitlement management, and Privileged Identity Management.
