  • At least 3 years of experience supporting web‑based solutions, including WebLogic and Tomcat.
  • Working knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems management, SQL Server, networking principles, telephony systems, and systems administration best practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience working within an ITIL framework, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders in a distributed environment.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a support, project delivery, or service environment.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global, collaborative team.
  • Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, and Linux‑based systems in a software, managed services, or cloud solutions environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with large‑scale ERP solutions delivered through cloud environments is advantageous.
  • Experience with Datadog or comparable systems monitoring practices is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud security concepts, including encryption and access management.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and certificate management practices.
  • Experience in customer relationship management or customer‑facing technical operations is a plus.
Benefits
