A major financial services company is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition initiatives, including managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing effective sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of employment laws. This full-time role offers competitive compensation in the range of $92,538 - $125,199 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
This position achieves Talent Acquisition objectives by attracting, engaging, and evaluating top candidates for job openings. The Senior Recruiter is ensuring quality of hire and alignment with Thrivent’s brand and values. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers during the recruitment process; build and maintain relationships with candidates and external resources; develop effective sourcing strategies; and lead other talent acquisition and development projects as needed.
