About the role
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and partners to enhance and expedite the Business Group MOS design pipelines across the EMEA region. Additionally, you will provide expert technical support, develop strong relationships with design engineers, and contribute to marketing initiatives to increase Nexperia's visibility in the market.
This is your new role
Work with existing colleagues (Account Managers, Business Development, FAEs) plus distributors, to increase and accelerate Business Group MOS design pipelines in the EMEA.
Be an expert on relevant BG MOS products & roadmaps
Develop trusted relationships with design engineers, directly and through intermediaries
Highlight customer requirements relating to BG MOS product families; feedback white-spot / roadmap requests and NPI opportunities; draw attention to competitor activity in the region
Support Marketing initiatives and Represent Nexperia / BG MOS
Promote and utilize Nexperia’s Advanced Support Tools including models, evaluation systems, technical documentation, etc.
Create engineering design assistance materials including application schematics / demo boards / simulations
Contribute technical content to drive Awareness | Interest | Desire | Action (AIDA) within the design engineering communities of our customers & prospects
This is you
Master's Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar discipline
Experience in power electronics applications, e.g., AC & DC Power Conversion, motor control, battery management, energy storage, etc.
Familiarity with electronic product design processes, including component selection & qualification.
Experience in MOSFETs (especially High Voltage) and related technologies is a distinct advantage
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
Highly self-motivated and results driven; continuous improvement mentality; team player
Willingness to travel
High standard of written & spoken English
Familiarity with prominent ECAD systems and simulation tools an advantage
Experience in industrial and commercial applications
