The Role

The EU Customer Fulfillment (CF) Process Engineers team is a group of operational leaders focused on process standardization and continuous improvement within the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. This team captures best practices from top-performing sites, validates them as standards, accelerates technological implementation, and enhances process knowledge across the network. EU CF Process Experts (PE) ensure operations teams are equipped with the expertise needed to implement technology and process improvements effectively. The team also drives process control to minimize variation and improve input metrics across processes, collaborating with various teams such as Process System Engineering, ACES, PM Central Ops, and Operations Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Path Ownership and Excellence: Serve as the SME for process paths across the EU, defining and implementing standard operating procedures, reviewing and validating best practices, and overseeing their rollout.
  • Project Management and Optimization: Lead internal PE initiatives, support project implementation, and provide troubleshooting support to site teams for operational efforts like LEEP and PCC.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main PE contact for other functions, support Kaikaku events, generate project intake for process paths, and partner with global teams to establish standardized processes worldwide.

The EU Process Excellence Team comprises Process Engineers across Europe, dedicated to eliminating process variation and promoting best practices at the network level. We foster a culture of Day 1, continuous improvement, and problem-solving, viewing every defect as an opportunity to raise standards daily.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality Operations, or Logistics
  • Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
  • Proficiency in German
  • Experience in multi-country or cross-regional continuous improvement environments
  • Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret analytics and present to senior leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate a team
