Jobbeschreibung

Responsible for performing administrative functions across hub and station operational areas related to the Next Generation Staffing (NGS), including but not limited to Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA), the ERMA Dashboard, MySchedule, and reporting activities. Serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and may provide clerical support for various departments such as linehaul, quality assurance, customer service, and human resources.

Essential Functions

  1. Support, maintain, and manage rosters within NGS systems, including ERMA and MySchedule, in collaboration with operations and management.
  2. Print and distribute rosters from MySchedule for daily operations.
  3. Collaborate with management on data filtering, printing, and metrics preparation for reporting dashboards.
  4. Assist package handlers with MySchedule setup, including Identity Now, FedEx passwords, and app downloads.
  5. Support troubleshooting and tasks related to MySchedule for package handlers.
  6. Provide clerical support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and phone answering.
  7. Enter, review, and research data across systems to support operational needs.
  8. Compile data and generate reports for management review.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, providing first-line support and escalation when necessary.
  10. Assist with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audits by retrieving relevant data/files.
  11. Manage records, including maintenance, destruction, and inventory.
  12. Ensure all package handler information is accurately updated in systems.

Additional essential functions in Quality Assurance/Loss Prevention, Linehaul, and HR may be required, including:

  1. Supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
  2. Conducting new hire orientations, including I9 compliance.
  3. Supporting HR audits, reporting, and special projects like job fairs.

Minimum Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience

  • Four (4) years in customer service, clerical work, or related fields; experience in dock operations or distribution centers preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in typing, data entry, and review; familiarity with phones, copiers, and faxes
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Strong time management, organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail

Job Conditions

Hours flexibility required to cover various shifts during engagement events. Typical schedule: 25 hours/week, Sunday 3pm-8pm, Monday-Thursday 6pm-11pm. Hiring Manager: Kal Malli, Area Engagement Manager.
