The SR Operations Manager manages and oversees the International/Domestic Businesses and Staff. Works with service providers and vendors to ensure compliance with the company's core values and best practices. Regularly interacts with all company departments and all levels of management in order to increase revenue, control costs, and improve productivity of office and staff while ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations Management

• Develop and implement daily operational plans for logistics, client services, and data analytics.
• Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, revenue growth) and execute corrective actions.

2. Financial Oversight

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports to senior leadership.

3. Team Leadership & HR

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of operations and support staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, coach managers, and lead employee relations efforts.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and government regulations (DOT, IATA, customs).
• Lead safety programs, risk assessments, and annual audits.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to drive process improvements.
• Safeguard company reputation by maintaining confidentiality and upholding core values.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor's in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 10+ years in operations or logistics management
• Regulatory Knowledge: DOT, IATA, customs, dangerous goods regulations, ISO standards, global trade compliance
• Technical Proficiency: MS Office; ERP/TMS systems, Power BI, Tableau, data-driven decision tools
• Leadership Credentials: Proven team leadership and coaching skills
