The role of (Senior) Media Buyer (Social Media) is pivotal in our Performance Marketing team, focusing on scaling campaign volume and performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, launching, managing, and scaling paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others;
  • Strategically allocating large media budgets (6–7 figures monthly) to meet performance targets such as CPA, ROAS, CTR;
  • Conducting A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements;
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices;
  • Collaborating with departments like Product Development, Business Intelligence, Adtech, and Creative Design;
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Your profile:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, especially paid social traffic;
  • Proven success managing high-budget performance campaigns;
  • Deep knowledge of platform-specific ad formats, targeting, bidding, and attribution;
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure, and meet deadlines;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and engagingly.
