BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
• 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrable experience hiring and developing top talent, managing managers, and partnering with product management teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with Linux software.
• Understanding of critical performance areas of the operating system, and the influence of the kernel.
• Experience designing and implementing a software development life cycle.
• Experience understanding and mapping business needs to engineering requirements.
