ABOUT THE POSITION

After profitably scaling our online business to over €100M in less than three years, we ventured into retail this year, launching in over 1,500 food stores in less than six months! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand.

The core mission is to build and maintain HOLY's retail partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth for our next growth lever. This role will be crucial for our 2025 retail success through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and operations.

In this role, you'll have a front-row seat to HOLY's next growth lever and play a crucial part in our next growth phase.

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage and expand HOLY’s retail presence by acquiring new partners and optimizing existing partnerships.
  2. Support cross-functional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives.
  3. Develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement in retail environments.
  4. Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and long-term satisfaction.
  5. Assist in implementing omni-channel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and drive in-store and online integration.

ABOUT YOU

  1. You are experienced in managing retail relationships, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
  2. You are fluent in both English and German and are capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  3. You are strategic, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable retail strategies.
  4. You are proactive, taking ownership of your role and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results.
  5. You are collaborative, excelling in teamwork and aligning with multiple departments to achieve shared goals.

THE PROCESS

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the ideal start date for the position is today. However, we are happy to wait for the right candidate, as we believe quality yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: A 30-minute screening interview with Luca, our Talent Partner, to discuss HOLY, the position, and your experience.
  2. Case study: After successful initial interviews, you will receive a case study to complete.
  3. Advanced discussion: An on-site meeting to discuss your case study and answer questions.
  4. Founder interview: A final meeting with one of our HOLY founders to assess cultural fit.
  5. Job offer and decision: If all goes well, you will receive an offer to join us.

This process typically takes around 2 weeks.
