About the Role

The Senior IT Administrator for SaaS Application Security & Management is responsible for securing, administering, and governing OncoHealth’ s growing SaaS application ecosystem. This includes HaloITSM, Zendesk, HubSpot, Miro, 3CX, Okta, Atlassian, SharePoint, and related platforms. This role centralizes SaaS oversight and improves security, access control, configuration consistency, and audit readiness across Corporate IT and Information Security. The Senior IT Administrator will partner closely with InfoSec, vendors, and business units to maintain compliance with HITRUST, SOC 2, and internal policies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Administer and Secure SaaS Platforms
  • Manage configuration, permissions, and operational health across Zendesk, HaloITSM, HubSpot, Miro, 3CX, DNS Filter, SecureW2, and related systems.
  • Maintain configuration baselines and ensure adherence to required security controls.
  • Identity, Access, and Compliance Controls
  • Enforce SSO/MFA and least privilege access through Okta.
  • Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, and license utilization.
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews and maintain HITRUST and SOC 2 evidence.
  • Audit, Governance, and Risk Management
  • Support vendor assessments, security reviews, and ongoing risk tracking.
  • Contribute to audit preparation and provide standardized evidence packages.
  • Assist with documentation, policies, and operational procedures for SaaS governance.
  • Automation, Reporting, and Optimization
  • Build scripts or leverage APIs to improve provisioning, reporting, and compliance workflows.
  • Track license usage and partner with Finance and business units to right-size spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with InfoSec, Corporate IT, and business application owners to align configurations and reduce operational gaps.
  • Support incident response as it relates to SaaS applications and identity systems.
About You

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or relevant experience required. A degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

Industry certifications in SaaS administration, Okta, Microsoft, or security frameworks are preferred, but not required.

Typical years of experience are 5-7 years supporting or administering SaaS systems. Some incumbents may gain these skills or capabilities in other ways and must be demonstrated.

Experience in a regulated, healthcare, or audit-driven environment is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of identity management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks such as HITRUST, HIPAA, and NIST 800-53.

Ability to document processes, automate repetitive tasks, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Systems/Tools: Experience with Okta, SaaS admin consoles, PowerShell or API-based automation, Purview, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and MSSP coordination is preferred.
