The aim of the Finance Analyst is to provide business partnering to the Marketing function, budgeting, analysis and provide insight to drive robust and practical commercial decision making.

Role Responsibilities

• Business Partner for Marketing Team by providing financial support including meaningful analytics and reporting
• Coordinate budget and forecast of the Brand Investment (BI) including gap and ROI analysis
• Serve as the first contact for international ad hoc requests regarding Brand Investment (BI) analysis and commentaries
• Be the key contact for our 3rd party distributor business from a financial perspective, including monthly reporting and ensuring accurate settlement and accounting of A&P invoices.
• Support the 3rd party Marketing Team by providing ongoing performance analysis and preparing for QBR meetings.
• Provide ad hoc support as needed, including assisting third parties with various requests.
• Assist with regional and global IT projects as required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner or in similar commercial roles, preferably in the consumer goods/FMCG industry
• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving approach and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing diverse workloads and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and a strong team player
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally and functionally diverse environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and German (spoken, read, written)
