Doinstruct is seeking a senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale their Field Marketing function. This pivotal role involves designing high-impact field strategies to connect with frontline teams in Europe. As the first dedicated Field Marketer, you will shape the strategy and lay the foundation for the marketing team, offering an exciting opportunity to influence and create from a blank slate.
We’re looking for a senior, creative, and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our Field Marketing function from the ground up at doinstruct . This role is pivotal to reaching one of our most important audiences: non-digital-native frontline teams. You'll have the autonomy to architect and execute high-impact field strategies that connect meaningfully with this group through physical events, hybrid formats, and out-of-the-box campaigns.
As our first dedicated Field Marketer and one of the first hires in a growing marketing team under our new Head of Marketing, you'll shape both the strategy and foundations of how doinstruct connects with its audience in the field. This is a unique chance to own a blank slate and define what great looks like.
This role is remote within Europe, with a preference for candidates based in Germany.
Design & Execute Field Programs – Own the strategy and implementation of field marketing initiatives aimed at influencing over €1M in pipeline annually.
️ Run High-Impact Events – Plan and execute 2–3 impactful events per month (in-person, hybrid, or digital), designed specifically for non-digital-native audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to align field efforts with revenue goals and customer insight.
Measure & Optimize – Track results, analyze event performance, and iterate on campaigns to drive efficiency and ROI.
️ Build Scalable Infrastructure – Lay the foundation for a repeatable and scalable field marketing playbook as we expand into new geographies.
Understand Our Audience – Craft and refine creative strategies to deeply engage a largely offline user base.
Experienced Field Marketer – You bring 4+ years in Field Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, and have built or scaled programs that materially influence pipeline.
Strategic & Hands-On – You're comfortable owning the big picture and the details—especially when launching a function from scratch.
Data-Literate & Iterative – You know how to measure what matters and evolve your tactics to improve results.
Highly Collaborative – You’ve partnered successfully with Sales and GTM teams, building trust and translating feedback into results.
European-Based – You’re based anywhere in Europe (Germany preferred) and comfortable working remotely across time zones and cultures.
Be the first dedicated Field Marketing lead, with full ownership and room to shape the function from day one
Join a growing marketing team being built by our new Head of Marketing—this is your chance to get in early and influence strategy
Work on a mission that matters: transforming how frontline teams are trained and empowered
Collaborate with sharp, humble, and mission-driven teammates who care deeply about quality and impact
