The Role

We seek Site Process Engineers for our Process Engineering team, based in Fulfillment Centers. The team drives process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the EU Customer Fulfillment Network, aiming for best-in-class performance and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Variation Reduction: Identify opportunities by analyzing processes, implement improvement plans, audit actions, and collaborate with regional teams to reduce variation and improve input metrics, leading to financial savings.
2. Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices, scale innovations, and manage large projects (> $10M savings), ensuring deployment across the network.
3. Deployment & Partnership: Execute EU initiatives, support pilots, and build relationships with FC leadership through daily engagement and meetings.
4. Project Leadership: Support or lead EU projects, coordinate multiple FCs, and develop project management skills.
5. Travel: Willingness to travel within the area (0-10%), subject to business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• English proficiency (C1 level)
• Experience in Process Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Logistics

• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen expertise
• Change management and continuous improvement knowledge
