Zusammenfassung

SiTime is seeking a Sr. Engineer, MEMS Assembly to advance MEMS packaging technologies for next‑generation timing products in Munich, Germany.

You will lead collaboration with MEMS back-end assembly and packaging partners, drive manufacturability, and ensure high yield and quality through robust analysis. The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, experimental design, and communication to accelerate production readiness while offering a competitive compensation package and equity

Qualifikationen

• MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years industrial experience.
• Experience with MEMS assembly and packaging.
• Solid base in MEMS, including understanding of MEMS design and interactions between design, fabrication and packaging.
• Experience with reliability characterization and yield analysis.
• Experience in bringing MEMS products to production is preferred.

Job Summary

As a Sr. Engineer, MEMS Assembly you will use your creativity and technical expertise to bring up and evolve MEMS packaging technologies for SiTime's next-generation timing products. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:
