Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Electronic GmbH in Landshut is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Director Operations (m/w/d) ESTA Division.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Develops overarching strategies, guidelines and procedures for assigned operations in Blatna (CZ), Loni (India), Shatian (CN) and Landshut (Germany) in accordance with Division planning.
2. Plans and allocates regional and business-related operations budgets, resources and functional service portfolio for all operations assigned.
3. Consolidates budgets for all plants (Investments, head count, expansion planning, and others) in agreement with superiors to meet defined business targets in most effective way.
4. Approves all projects, investments, allocates resources to ensure reaching defined operational targets.
5. Is responsible for supervision and keeping operational targets as revenue and margins, including needed actions to maintain expected levels.
6. Develops programs to improve efficiency in operations and organization and drives innovation in equipment and new methods.
7. Responsible for keeping defined operational targets as revenue and margins.
8. Ensures functional advice to all parts of the organization to support operations.
9. Supervise of all plants in keeping in with any requirements (EHS, …)

5. Advanced skills in MS-Office programs
