You will be working on machine learning and AI related projects for automation of document understanding using various Azure services as well as LLM models. You will use cutting edge technology to develop Agents that communicate and resolve our customer service issues.

Your Tasks - What You can expect as Senior Data Scientist (f/m/d)?

• Data Analysis & Pattern Recognition: You analyze company data and production trends to optimize printing ink quality and production efficiency.
• Agile Team Collaboration: You will also work closely with your Data Science colleagues (f/m/d) across functions in an international environment.
• Stakeholder Management & Presentation Skills: You identify business use cases and present them and new insights to relevant stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Development of Predictive Models: You create (AI-based) predictions, implement prototypes and support your colleagues (f/m/d) in interpreting the model results in a business context.
• Data-driven Decision-making: Together with the business partners (f/m/d) you implement algorithms and monitor their performance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Data Science & Machine Learning Trends: You are up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Data Science & Machine Learning.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Senior Data Scientist (f/m/d)?

• Degree: You have a Master's or PhD degree in physics, statistics, business informatics or similar.
• Professional experience: You have at least five years of professional experience in a relevant field, ideally in a similar environment such as production, customer segmentation or supply chains.
• Technical skills:
  • You have a sound knowledge of SQL & Python as well as common BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to implement business reports and BI solutions.
  • You have expertise in cloud and on-premises storage systems, preferably with MS SQL Server, SAP BW and Azure Storage Services.
  • You have a very good understanding of business processes and enterprise ERP systems such as SAP ECC/HANA
  • You have advanced programming skills in languages such as Python & R, especially in the area of AI/ML development.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: You are familiar with best practices for analyzing and processing complex data and can communicate the results of potential process optimization scenarios to support business issues in an understandable way, including at management level.
• Team Player: You are experienced in agile and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
• Language Requirements: You are fluent in English and German.
