Job Details Stakeholder Communication Coordination Facilitate effective communication and alignment between our three internal product teams. Manage proactive communication and expectations with our consuming teams who rely on the data platform and our Platform Lead. Oversee and manage incoming requests and issues via the service portal, triaging and routing tickets to significantly lower the direct support load on individual developers. Translate business and user needs into actionable platform features or services. Work with engineering leads to refine stories and acceptance criteria. Treat the platform as a product: define SLAs, document capabilities, track adoption, measure satisfaction, etc.
