You will empower operational experts as a strategic advisor, mentor, and hands-on implementer, delivering prototypes and knowledge to enable excellence across campaigns and platforms.

Are you passionate about the transformative power of artificial intelligence? We are looking for a Senior Advisor for AI Transformation to act as a strategic and operational catalyst for our e-commerce division. In this role, you will drive the evolution of AI in these areas and bridge the gap between cutting-edge innovation and practical implementation. You will ensure that our teams are at the forefront of AI-powered customer journeys and order processes.

Tasks

As a Senior Advisor, your mission is to empower our operational experts. You act as a strategic advisor, technical mentor and hands-on implementer - providing the tools, prototypes and knowledge our teams need to deliver excellence. Whilst the specialist departments retain responsibility for their results, you provide the AI-driven 'how' to complement their 'what'.

• Process transformation: Support our teams in improving efficiency in the areas of campaign ideation, creation and analysis by identifying the right AI tools and integrating them into existing workflows.


• You will drive the AI transformation across our online shops and sales platforms, ensuring that the relevant organisations are fully on board.


• Campaign effectiveness: Advise on the use of AI to enhance personalisation and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.


• Requirements engineering: Act as the lead for our internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements that are implemented by the development teams within our core infrastructure.


• Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Get hands-on and create functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Several years' experience in digital transformation, marketing technology or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation.


• Hands-on builder: You don't just advise; you build. You're comfortable with 'vibe coding', rapid prototyping and diving deep into AI tools to see what works in practice.


• 'enabler' mindset: You are a natural facilitator who finds fulfilment in helping others succeed. You can explain complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues with ease.


• Technical Translator: You possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.


• Language: Fluency in English is essential; German or other European languages are a plus.
